Welcome to the Equine Functional Posture (EFP) Stability to Strength course beginning MONDAY 29th JULY 2024!!.
$230 month for 3 monthly payments
Split into 6 easy to follow modules with a weekly webinar and Q & A session along with video activities for you to work on with your horse and a fabulous community.
This course will guide you on a journey of developing your eye in recognising postural compensation like a pro and you are going to further develop your skills in assessment and the application of exercises to enhance posture and strength of your horse.
The 6 modules include Postural Observations, Physical Assessment, Feed to form (utisiling feeding and paddock activities to improve posture), Bend it like Beckham (Spinal mobilisations), Postural dance steps (key exercises to promote posture in movement) and Creating the postural dance (Putting the dance steps together in exercises).
We are going to have a great time learning about observing posture, assessing common areas influencing posture, developing variable feeding positions, understanding how and when to apply spinal mobilisation exercises and exercises to enhance your horses posture in motion and begin to create a dance partner.
